Quick Joint Pain Relief With Cinnamon & Wild Honey

 

Millions of people are plagued by joint pain. The pain can be torturing and most people would likely ignore it if the pain is bearable. Cinnamon contains a large number of natural anti-inflammatory ingredients and antioxidants which treat inflammation of pancreatic tissue. It is effective in regulating blood sugar levels, inhibits destructive elements to bone cells and is a great natural food therapy to protect the bones.  Cinnamon and natural wild honey is a good mix with strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. Daily consumption can help arthritis patients in keeping joint inflammation, redness and pain at bay.

 

Recommended daily consumption is as follows:

~ 1 tablespoon of natural wild honey

~ 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

~ dissolved in cup of 300ml warm water

 

The above is recommended to be taken with an empty stomach in the morning.

 

Additional, the usage of topical cinnamon oil can be applied to the affected region of the joint with a towel or cloth to relieve pain quickly. Apply some cinnamon oil onto the affected joint region and with a warm cloth or towel press it for about 30 minutes.
