According to a breakthrough discovery suggested that fish oil and aspirin could be the answer to trouncing of a host of upsetting chronic diseases, this is according to a breakthrough new research by researchers from the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston. The report suggested that these two works together has the ability to combat inflammation responsible for a host of illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis and Alzheimer’s.

Inflammation can become chronic if not treated promptly or in time. This can then damage heart valves and brain cells, causing strokes and promoting resistance to insulin, which leads to diabetes. It is also associated with the development of cancer as the study suggested.

Omega-3 is found in fish in such as salmon and sardines. It can also be found in nuts, spinach and even chicken. Research was first published in the journal Chemistry & Biology.
