Researchers believe that individual engaging into excessiveness in any activity or professional poses a risk related to joint pain. These ranges from children engaging too excessively into computer gaming to profession which is desk bound in nature. This nature of work is far reaching which count administrative works to stock trading. Working under such conditions render a person an increased risk of health problems including but not limited to anxiety, obesity and heart problems.
What is the difference between one who engages into computer games and a stock day trader? Both engage the computer screen too much for too long. A gaming individual and day trader both share similar exposure to long hours of screen time deeply rooted to the seats. This increases the risk of developing muscle and joint problems such as back and neck pain and headaches.

~ Rearrange the furniture to suit individual’s height; for example, adjust the chair so that their feet rest flat on the floor.
~ Provide an ergonomic chair, if possible, to encourage correct posture.
